Services
Lavish Studio does not issues refunds on any salon services. However, we strive to give the utmost satisfaction to our clients and if you are not satisfied with the work performed, the client MUST return to the salon with in 24-hours, after your service, for the work/results to be evaluated and inspected. This will determine if the dissatisfaction is warranted. We will make every effort to ensure we rectify the situation.
If a client is unwilling to return to Lavish Studio for review/evaluation, the complaint is considered meritless and nothing further will be done.
Consultations will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Services must be paid in full prior to your appointment. If not, your appointment will be cancelled.
Products that are "gently used" may be exchanges for a product of equal or lesser value, provided the product is returned within 5 days of purchase.
If the product exchange is not accepted, then the money associated with the retail product purchase will be deposited as a credit into your Lavish Studio account.
