A consultation is a structured and essential interaction between a hairstylist and the client. During this conversation, the client and the stylist discuss the client's specific needs, preferences, expectations, and any relevant information regarding the service to be provided. Why is necessary? Consultations allow hair stylists to understand their clients' needs, preferences, and expectations, leading to more personalized and satisfying results. Happy clients are more likely to become loyal, returning customers. Effective consultations foster open and clear communication between the stylist and the client. This ensures that the stylist comprehends the client's desires, leading to a better outcome and preventing misunderstandings. *It will not be deducted from your service(s) booked. No Refunds if you’re later than 10 mins to your consultation. 1. Hair & Scalp Analysis – Assessing the health of your hair and scalp. 2. Hair Goals Discussion – Understanding your desired look and long-term goals. 3. Product & Routine Review – Evaluating current products and habits. 4. Customized Recommendations – Suggesting services, treatments, and products for your needs. 5. Service Plan – Creating a tailored plan for achieving and maintaining healthy hair. 6. Q&A Session – Answering any questions or concerns you may have. 7. Now that you know what services you need to book, you may book your appointment!


Cancellation Policy

At Lavish Studio, we understand that life can be unpredictable and that sometimes, plans may need to change. To ensure that we can continue to provide the highest quality service to all our valued clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: **1. 24-Hour Notice Requirement: We kindly request that any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the scheduled service cost. **2. No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and respect the time of both our stylists and other clients. **3. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will handle these situations with understanding and discretion, and may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. **4. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will need to reschedule your service to accommodate our schedule. In such cases, the full service fee will still apply. **5. Pre-Booked Appointments: For clients who have pre-booked multiple appointments, we appreciate your commitment and request that you provide ample notice for any changes to your schedule to avoid any cancellation fees. ​ We value your time and patronage and strive to provide you with the best possible experience at Lavish Studio.
