Service Description
The consultation fee is applied toward your scheduled service if you choose to book an appointment following your consultation. *Please note* booking other services while choosing this option your appt(s) will be cancelled! Only book consultation! • If you choose not to book right away, the fee will remain as a credit on your account for future use. • All consultation fees are non-refundable. • If you do not show up for your consultation, your fee will be forfeited and no credit will be applied. • Please arrive on time. Any lateness will reduce the length of your consultation, as we must remain on schedule.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Any appointment canceled within less than 24 hours or missed without notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. No-shows are not eligible for rebooking and will result in removal from future booking privileges. All appointment changes must be made through the booking site. Please do not book a new appointment without canceling your existing one first. By booking, you agree to these terms.
